For Students
If you have graduated from any of the above programs in
the past six months, you may apply for the blanket
waiver for your CTL Certification. Mail the completed
application with a check or credit card payment of
$150.00 and the supporting documents to AST&L
headquarters. ( visit
www.astl.org for the blanket waiver form and
other details. )
You must be a member of AST&L to receive your CTL. If
you are not currently a member, complete the Membership
Application (on
www.astl.org) and send with payment and the
Blanket Waiver Application.
